Hi, I’m Jenna.
I help small business owners show up online without making marketing their entire personality.
I’m a Chilliwack-based social media manager, content creator and website designer helping businesses throughout the Fraser Valley simplify their marketing, stay visible and look as good online as they do in real life.
I built Social Jenna for business owners who already have enough on their plate.
Social Jenna started in 2021, but the idea behind it came from something I kept seeing over and over again:
Small business owners were expected to do everything.
Run the business. Serve the customers. Manage the staff. Update the website. Take the photos. Write the captions. Learn Instagram. Figure out SEO. Send the emails. And somehow keep up with whatever the algorithm decided to do that week. It’s a lot.
My own work started by doing exactly that for a small business. I became the person handling the website, e-commerce, social media, content, email marketing, design and all the random digital things that needed to get done.
Eventually I realized there were a lot of other small businesses looking for that same kind of support.
So I built Social Jenna.
